...To be Worthy of Our Calling
I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

Based on II Thessalonians 1:11, we have accepted God’s vision for
• Worship in Spirit and in truth. In doing so, we creatively employ all means of worship to the Glory of God and His majesty.
• Know God through a living, growing relationship with His Son. To this end, we continue to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. For us, knowing Christ surpasses all.
• Proclaim the truth about God and the life-changing grace found in His Son; in our homes, our community, and around the world.
• Minister unselfishly- serving all people in the name of Jesus while bearing witness to the love of God as we do.
• Fellowship with the local body of Christ, the church. Reflective of our community, our approach to ministry must reach beyond the normal boundaries of race, religion, gender, and generation. In His name, we love and nurture each other, exhibiting the godly traits of concern, peace, humility, gentleness, and love.
• Equip ourselves for godliness through regular Bible study and for service by discovering and using our spiritual gifts to edify believers and minister to our community.
• Support the ministries of the church through faithful stewardship of our time, talents, and financial and physical resources.
